By purchasing a raffle entry or using this website, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. This website is operated for the purpose of selling raffle entries for The Salzburg Raffle.

Entries are valid only after payment is successfully received. We reserve the right to cancel or reject any entry in case of error, suspected fraud, or misuse of the system.

3. Prizes
Prizes are described on the website. We reserve the right to substitute any prize with one of equal or greater value if necessary. Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash unless explicitly stated.

4. Winner Selection
Winners are selected randomly from all eligible entries. Winners will be contacted using the information provided at the time of entry. If a winner cannot be reached within a reasonable time, another winner may be selected.

All sales are final unless otherwise required by law. In the case of a technical or pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel or adjust entries.

The vacation dates will be coordinated with the raffle organizers within 30 days of the winner announcement. One raffle will take place. The winner will receive the vacation package type selected at the time of ticket purchase. The prize cannot be exchanged for cash or for any other compensation of equivalent value.
